1st Board Meeting — 7/29/25 at 7 PM (virtual)
All organizations that hope to have space at the campus should have at least one representative online for the meeting. (The Sustainability Central Coordinator will send calendar invitations with a shareable link to all of the contacts she has talked to previously.) If your organization is interested in having space at the campus but has not previously discussed it with the Coordinator, please fill out the Interest Form on the “How to Get Involved” page of our website and she will get back to you to schedule a time to talk.
Additionally, we are looking for 10-20 individuals (not necessarily affiliated with one of the organizations that will have space on the campus) to also be board members, to make sure we don’t have skill gaps. If you’re interested in being considered for one of these spots, please fill out the Sustainability Central Board Inventory form and she will send you a link so that you can attend the board meeting.
1st BOARD MEETING AGENDA:
1) Welcome; Introductions of all organizations and individuals
2) Discuss draft of by-laws
3) Set regular dates for 2025-2026 board meetings – dates, times, locations
4) Creation of Nominating and Finance Committees
5) Roll out of business plan
