1st Board Meeting — 7/29/25 at 7 PM (virtual)

The first board meeting for Sustainability Central will be held online on Tuesday, July 29th, 2025 at 7:00 PM. All organizations that hope to have space at the campus should have at least one representative online for the meeting. (The Sustainability Central Coordinator will send calendar invitations with a shareable link to all of the contacts she has talked to previously.) If your organization in interested in having space at the campus but has not previously discussed it with the Coordinator, please fill out the Interest Form on the “How to Get Involved” page of this website and she will get back to you to schedule a time to talk.

1st BOARD MEETING AGENDA:

1) Welcome; Introductions of all organizations

2) Set regular dates for 2025-2026 board meetings – dates, times, frequency, locations

3) Discuss business plan updates, revisions

4) Discuss draft of by-laws; adopt by-laws or send for revisions

4) Form committees:

• Finance/fundraising

• Operations

• Communications/marketing/outreach

• Governance

• Others?
